Annedel CD Box Set
This passion project was created as a final assignment during my college design program and features custom packaging for Annedel, a real local Maryland band in 2011. The set includes redesigned sleeve for the band’s three original albums, thoughtfully unified into a cohesive CD box set. Each album cover redesigned to represent a stage of natural growth: the first depicts roots and soil, the second introduces leaves, and the third blooms into a marigold flower; symbolizing the band’s creative evolution.
The spine of each individual CD sleeve features its album title, while the outer edge of the full set reveals the band’s name when arranged chronologically. I designed the entire package in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, and when it came time to print — it came together perfectly on the very first try. My professor, impressed by the precision, asked how many prototypes I printed. My response? “Just one.” As my dad always said: Measure twice, cut once.
To this day, this remains one of my favorite projects - and yes, I got an A.

FUEL Fitness Rebrand and Marketing
During my internship with Yellow Brick Creative Studio, I was tasked with a full-scale rebranding project for Fuel Fitness, an elite training studio based in St. Louis, MO. This multi-month project challenged me to apply a wide range of design and marketing skills across print, digital, and brand identity work.
I conceptualized and designed a new logo, pitched merchandise concepts including branded t-shirts, and created a purchasing catalog for clients and staff. I also organized and photographed a full brand photoshoot, edited imagery, and developed visual assets for their website and social media platforms. The project was executed using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Lightroom, and remains one of my most comprehensive real-world design experiences.
Completed in 2012, this project laid the groundwork for how I approach integrated brand storytelling today.

T.G.I. Friays Ad Campaign
While working as a waitress at TGI Fridays in the heart of downtown St. Louis, I was offered the opportunity to lead a full advertising campaign after sharing my background in graphic design. The goal was to increase customer engagement and drive traffic through seasonal promotions, targeted advertising, and a custom-designed rewards program.
The campaign included flyers, posters, table signage, and promotional materials tailored around holidays and the local community; with placements around Busch Stadium during Cardinals games. I used Adobe Illustrator and InDesign to design cohesive, brand-aligned graphics that matched the restaurant’s fun, energetic atmosphere.
This project taught me how vital client relationships are — especially when your client is also your manager. It was incredibly rewarding to see my work printed, distributed, and displayed all over the city, knowing it directly impacted the business I was proud to be part of.

Chronical Coffee Mobile App Design and Ad Campaigne Launch
In 2014, I collaborated with Chronical Coffee, a Black-owned coffee shop in St. Louis, to help elevate their brand presence through a full-scale design campaign. This multifaceted project included mobile app UI mockups, promotional materials, and in-store branding assets.
I produced a range of deliverables including app card promotions, custom food posters, product photography, and even hand-carved a custom rubber stamp for their takeaway coffee cups; blending tactile design with digital finesse. I utilized tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom to bring the entire vision to life.
Seeing my designs out in the world, stamped on cups, displayed in the café, and shared digitally — was deeply rewarding. This experience helped me gain valuable real-world insight and demonstrated how design can support and uplift small, community-centered businesses.

AZ Furnishing Poster Design
AZ Furnishing is a modern office furniture company and proud sponsor of Tucson Unified School District’s All Administration Welcome Back event. As part of their sponsorship, they provided meals for attendees and I was tasked with designing a large-format promotional poster to highlight both the day’s menu and AZ Furnishing’s brand.
Working with limited assets, I sourced and enhanced imagery from the internet, upscaled visuals using AI tools, and manually redrew the company’s low-resolution logo in vector format to ensure clarity at poster scale. The final design was bold, clean, and effective to be displayed prominently at the breakfast buffet for all district administrators to see.
This high-pressure, quick-turnaround project became a recurring assignment I’ve consistently delivered, blending resourcefulness, branding precision, and event-centered design.

VAMP – Logo, Tour Branding & Promotional Design
VAMP was an electrifying entertainment troupe made up of talented drag performers who launched a Southwest takeover tour across three cities. I was honored to collaborate with them on a comprehensive design package that included their logo, poster series, social media promotional content, music djing, videography and photography.
Inspired by their bold personalities and dynamic stage presence, I crafted visuals that amplified their brand and gave each performer space to shine. From capturing moments behind the scenes to creating striking posters that filled local venues, every design was infused with their vibrant energy and mission to inspire.
This project not only sharpened my multi-platform branding skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierePro and Lightroom, moreover it reminded me how powerful design can be in helping others realize their dreams. (@VAMPdragshow on Instagram)
